We work in complex environments, but we invest in our people, safety, and strong leadership. Join a team that delivers and grows together.
Blastman
The Blastman will be responsible for the safe handling of explosives, preparation, charging, and firing of blasting rounds in underground mining operations, ensuring full compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and statutory mining regulations.
DHS Operator
The Jack hammer operator (DHS Operator) will be responsible for the use of pneumatically powered rock drilling machines to bore holes for blasting, and installation of ground supports in an underground mine environment while adhering to strict safety protocols
Health & Safety Officer
The developing & enforcing rigorous safety protocols for unique hazards (ventilation, ground control and managing high-risk environments through a combination of traditional onsite inspections and modern, data-driven safety technologies.
Jumbo Operator
The Jumbo Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a jumbo drill rig, to support underground mining operations. This role involves boring blast holes, drilling and installing ground support in mine development headings while strictly adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Loader Operator
The Loader Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of underground loaders (LHDs), ensuring effective mucking, loading, and material handling in line with mine plans, safety standards, and production requirements.
Mechanic Supervisor
The Mechanic Supervisor will be responsible for leading the diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing of heavy mobile mining equipment (jumbos, haul trucks, loaders, drills) and support vehicles in our operation.
Mechanic
The Mechanic will be responsible for the diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing of heavy mobile mining equipment (jumbos, haul trucks, loaders, drills) and support vehicles in our operation. He must ensure maximum safety, reliability, and minimal downtime through preventive maintenance, detailed record-keeping, and strict adherence to site safety protocols and statutory mining regulations.
Mine Captain
The Mine Captain will be responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and compliance by supervising miners through shift bosses, coordinating with mine planning engineers, geologists, maintenance, enforcing protocols, managing resources, and acting as the crucial link between management and the workforce to execute production plans
Pipe Fitter
The Pipe Fitter will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems used to transport process water, pump water, compressed air, and ventilation essential for mining operations within the mine while adhering to strict safety protocols
Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading an underground mining operational project. This include lateral, inclined, and vertical development, old workings rehabilitation, and ore and waste transport—ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget, all while driving profitability and aligning with company strategy.
Shift Boss
The Shift Boss leads mining crews, ensuring safe and productive daily operations by enforcing safety protocols, managing tasks, overseeing equipment, planning work, maintaining records, and acting as a key communication link between the crew and management, balancing strict regulatory compliance with achieving production targets in a demanding underground environment.
Skid Steer Operator
The Skid Steer Operator will be responsible for general cleaning and housekeeping jobs in very tight areas where other larger equipment cannot fit. The Skid Steer Operator maintains haul roads by clearing debris and spillage. The Steer Skid Operator works by strictly adhering to stringent underground mining safety protocols (PPE, ventilation, confined spaces) to ensure efficient, safe cleaning in tight, hazardous environments.
Surveyor
The Surveyor will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate 3D maps of mine workings, using advanced tech like total stations & CAD for precise data, directs development and production drilling/blasting, calculates ore volumes, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting engineers by integrating survey data into mine planning for efficient extraction and development.
Winch Operator
The Winch Operator will be responsible for safely and precisely operating winch systems to move personnel, equipment, and extracted materials within the mine shaft and underground areas, while adhering to strict safety protocols.
